Recent years have seen rapid development in spatial transcriptomics technologies; however, systematically characterizing the structural and functional organization of multicellular tissue microenvironments remains a challenge. In this talk, I will present our lab's recent efforts in developing computational methods and software packages designed to uncover hidden structures in spatial transcriptomics data. Additionally, I will offer perspectives on their downstream biomedical applications.
