Managing Your Rakuten Card

How do I manage my Rakuten American Express® Card?

Visit account.imprint.co/Rakuten or download the Imprint app. If you’re a first-time user, you’ll need to register your account.

Log in to Imprint to view your account balance, pay your bill, go paperless, request another card, update your account information, and more.

How do I contact customer support?

For questions about statements, making payments, replacement cards, disputes, freezing or locking cards, and all other card management issues, please contact Imprint Customer Support by calling (888) 859-7077 or their international line (484) 859-7077.

For non-urgent requests, email support@imprint.co.

Can a secondary card for authorized users be issued on the same account?

Yes, you can have multiple cards on the same account. You may add up to 4 authorized users if your account is in good standing.

How do I close my Rakuten American Express® Card?

If you need to close your Rakuten Card, please contact Imprint’s Customer Support team at (888) 859-7077 or their international line at (484) 859-7077. They will assist you to ensure your card or account is closed properly.
