The Rakuten "cash back" was rather large (about $79, which was 95% of the purchase price) for this product and I promptly received confirmation that I would receive the cash back after several weeks (i presume it's once the return period expires). If for some reason I don't get the cash back I'll update this review.

It is okay, however the process to cancel is awful. They charge you up front for 2 years service and after 30 days, there is no way to get a refund. 30 days on a 2 year subscription service.
