CB2 US stores only. Offer not valid at locations in US territories. In-Store offers not valid for online purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Offer not valid for gift card purchases. Debit card purchases must be processed as credit to be eligible for Cash Back. When using a debit card, do not enter your PIN. If you add the same merchant on more than one rewards site or platform, you will only receive rewards through the most recently added Offer. Once you add an Offer, you may make qualifying transactions for up to 1 hour after initial redemption before needing to re-add the Offer. CB2 has great stuff, I recommend going to their store to take a look, touch it, and sit on it, if applicable. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a lack of communication when ordering online regarding the delivery dates, but customer service was great at getting things back on track.

There is no CB2 store close to me (in Atlanta) so the in-store coupon via Ebates is useless to me. I buy stuff ALL the time from Cb2's website so I wish it would be offered through their online portal. Cb2 rarely ever offers discounts or free shipping :/

What is the return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days, with the exception of gift registry items, which are returnable within 90 days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight. Accessories and small furniture typically arrive within three to five business days, while larger items may take seven to 10 days. Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii typically take six to nine days.
