They use a really bad delivery company. Lost packages once, tried to replace items lost, out of stock. Delays and no real resolution. Issue more so with delivery company but shame on fanatics for using a bad delivery company.

I was told they no longer had that item. I ordered a 3rd and finally received this item. This was a very disappointing company to deal with.
