Terrible customer service. Tried to return over the holidays and they claimed I didn't email them in time, but I did 5 days before the 30 day policy term. The product (tymo ring) was also lack luster. Burned my hair, despite having lots of experience with hair irons. Would not recommend this company or the products.

Poorly designed for larger hands and also the placement of the on/off button - I hit it every time I am using. Doesn't hold the charge very long. I have honestly used it one time and tossed it in the drawer with the other failed appliances.
