Originally an app called Sweat with Kayla, Sweat was founded in 2015 by Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce to offer women a way to work out effectively no matter where they are or how limited their free time is. It’s now a huge online fitness community targeted at women who want to get fit and fall in love with their bodies again.
